The advantage of our ON-DAY COORDINATION, it will provide sufficient assistance not only on the day of the wedding but also prior to the event. This will ensure the couple of the complete details and will also enable their families to enjoy the event fully rather than worry while the ceremony and reception in on process.

ON THE DAY EVENT COORDINATION (WEDDING DAY)
PLANNING
- consultation meetings with the couple
- Review of Supplier’s Contracts
- Wedding Planning Worksheets (Check lists, Program, Wedding day Itinerary, Packing Lists, etc)
FINALIZE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT
- inform all suppliers, day before the event, and remind them their set-up schedules and duties,
set-up venue, room number and time schedules
- call and remind all participants and entourage their time schedules and duties / responsibilities
- accept last minute endorsement from the couple like gifts, favors and guest list
BRIDAL PREPARATION
- one or two coordinators to arrive during the preparation to assist the bride
- check the arrival of suppliers like the make-up artist, photographer, florist and the bridal car
- make sure to check all accessories, items for the church and reception as well as the bouquets for
the entourage and
sponsors
- retrieve all wedding accessories for the ceremony after the pictorial including the offertory items
and bring them all to the
ceremony venue
- get the reception items like the gifts, wines and props for the program
- assist the bride until she departs...making sure she leaves on time for the ceremony
WEDDING CEREMONY
- coordinate with the church officials regarding the proceeding of the ceremony, making sure both
coordinators and church coordinators know their respective parts
- check the set-up and where the couple, parents, principal sponsors and entourage are
seated...including the readers and offerers
- make sure to fully inform the participants where to proceed and where to sit
- distribute the bouquets to all entourage
- set-up the liturgy on their respective chairs
- set-up the offertory items
- distribute the accessories like the cord, veil, pillows, matches and rings to their respective
designated entourage
- brief all entourage regarding their duties and responsibilities
- organize the processional and offertory march
- retrieve all accessories after the mass and bring them all to the reception
- assist the couple as they enter the bridal car and proceed to the reception venue
WEDDING RECEPTION
- Coordinate with the people in charge of the reception venue like the Banquet coordinator and
Head Captains
- provide Head Captains sufficient details of the entire program and event...including the serving
time, program sequence,
props, set-up and other special inserts for the celebration
- supervise and check the reception set-up and provide assistance with the suppliers should they
need help during the
preparation
- check the set-up making sure that the caterers follows the layout and decor approved by the
couple
- set-up any accessories, props and items that the couple may ask from their coordinators like gifts
and giveaways, candles
and special cards
- arrange the presidential table and check the proper layout of the name cards for the parents,
sponsors and VIP guests
- arrange the table number layout and place cards
- check the food preparation, waiter's parade arrangement and hotel set-up
- place all accessories like signature frame, cake toppers & others to their respective areas
- set-up the registration table and prepare the complete guest list provided by the couple for their
respective ushers
- provide the list and prepare ushers guidelines on how to assist the guests by informing them their
respective table numbers - in group or individually
- navigate parents, sponsors, VIPs and guests to their respective table inside the ballroom by
helping them locate their
tables
- oversee a smooth flow of the reception, serving, serving of foods and program event
- finalize the guest assistance by making sure all tables are fully occupied & assisting in-coming
guests to vacant tables
- man the gift table making sure they are secured
- be the program director for the event., inform the host when to start, what follows and what other
additional segment the
couple or the guests' request
- make rounds to ensure the total number of guests in attendance
- ensuring the complete number of attendance for the event
- distribute the giveaways to parents, sponsors & guests
- round the guestbook and signature frames
- retrieve and pack all accessories including leftover food, gifts and cake - after the celebration
- endorse all payments to suppliers if the couple endorses to us such payments
- endorse all items to the couple after the celebration
- providing a complete, efficient and sufficient service for the couple on the day of their event from
start to finish
